The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop both sales and recruitment expertise, working with technology businesses and highly skilled professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business through outbound calls, networking and business development
• Building relationships with technology companies and senior decision-makers
• Identifying hiring requirements and understanding client needs
• Sourcing and attracting technology and AI professionals
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Negotiating salaries and offers
• Building your own network and candidate database
• Becoming an expert in your chosen technology market
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
