AI Trainer - Healthcare Operations

Summary

Work independently on real-world healthcare operations challenges by reviewing AI-generated responses, assessing accuracy, creating expert-level content, and helping improve AI reasoning across healthcare workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in medical coding or healthcare operations
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Availability for 30–40 hours per week for the duration of the project

Preferred Backgrounds:

• CPC, CCS, or CCA certification
• Experience in payer operations, utilization management, or health information management
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs)
