An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ERP Implementation IT Consultant to join a fastâgrowing, international life sciences business undergoing a full digital transformation. This is a handsâon contract role where youâll play a pivotal part in delivering a brandânew ERP system from the ground up.

đ§ What Youâll Be Doing
Youâll be the technical backbone of the ERP rollout, responsible for:
- Leading system implementation activities for a new ERP platform (Sage vs. Dynamics TBC).
- Driving data migration: cleansing, mapping, validating and reconciling opening balances, master data and transactional datasets.
- Designing and managing chart of accounts, dimensional models and data structures.
- Supporting UAT cycles, testing scenarios, issue resolution and user readiness.
- Documenting requirements, processes and workflows across finance and operations.
- Implementing internal controls, approval flows and governance frameworks.
- Building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
- Partnering closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and IT.
𧩠What Weâre Looking For
Youâll thrive here if you bring:
- Strong experience in ERP functional delivery (Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Sage, SAP S/4HANA, Odoo, NetSuite or similar).
- Deep knowledge of data migration tools, master data management and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent functional design experience: workflows, documentation, mapping, control frameworks.
- Highly proficient in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and BI/reporting tools.
- Experience working in SMEs or small, fastâpaced environments â not just large global corporates.
- A proactive, handsâon approach and the ability to work with nonâtechnical users.

- UKâbased (Belgium also considered)
- Offices in White City (London) and Diepenbeek
- Inside IR35
- Fullâtime contract (6 months, likely to extend)
- Competitive hourly rate (based on expectations)
