Are you an experienced ERP leader who thrives on modernising platforms, improving business processes and driving organisationâwide transformation? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of our ERP environment and lead the evolution of our core systems across Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain and Commercial functions.
As ERP Lead, youâll set the strategy, deliver the roadmap and ensure our enterprise applications are secure, scalable and delivering real business value. Youâll work closely with senior stakeholders, subjectâmatter experts and a talented technology team to streamline processes, enhance data quality and improve the overall user experience.
đ§ What Youâll Be Doing
- Leading the strategy and roadmap for our ERP landscape
- Driving upgrades, integrations and continuous improvement across core business systems
- Working with Finance, HR, Procurement and other functions to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions
- Managing vendors, partners and implementation teams
- Ensuring systems are secure, compliant and reliable
- Overseeing dayâtoâday ERP operations and supporting a strong service model
- Leading a small, highâperforming team and fostering a collaborative, customerâcentric culture

- Experienced in delivering and evolving ERP solutions across multiple organisations
- Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and working in fast-changing environments
- Strong in stakeholder engagement, translating business needs into actionable system improvements
- Handsâon enough to dive into detail, but strategic enough to shape long-term direction
- Passionate about simplifying processes, improving data quality and unlocking value through technology
- A proactive problem-solver who brings clarity, structure and calm leadership
