We're looking for a Principal Product Specialist to lead product ownership for a pioneering platform at the intersection of digital health and surgical excellence. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with engineers, UX designers, clinicians, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful solutions that improve surgical outcomes.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning with strategic goals and user needs.
• Drive product discovery through user research and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery of high-quality features.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and medical device regulations.
• Collaborate on roadmap planning, sprint goals, and backlog refinement.
• Champion Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and maintain the Definition of Done.
• Interface with technical communications to produce accurate release notes and user guides.

🧠 What You Bring:

• Proven experience in software development, product ownership, or UX within Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of health software systems and medical devices.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 13485).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working with surgeons or clinical teams.
• Knowledge of TDD/BDD environments and Linux subsystems.
