🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in a Principal/Senior/Lead UX role, with a strong portfolio of digital product design—ideally in healthcare or medtech.
• Expertise in user-centred design , UX strategy , and human-computer interaction .
• Proficiency in tools like Figma , ProtoPie , Adobe XD , or similar.
• Experience with user research , usability testing , and translating insights into elegant design solutions.
• Strong communication skills—able to engage stakeholders and collaborate across design, product, engineering, and medical teams.
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for solving complex problems creatively.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
• Lead UX strategy and contribute to product vision.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver high-quality, compliant digital experiences.
• Stay current with UX trends, healthcare technologies, and regulatory standards.

• Experience with connected medical devices , EHR systems , telemedicine , or remote patient monitoring .
• Familiarity with SaMD , AI in healthcare , or machine learning applications.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in digital health.
