Release Train Engineer

About the Role:

We're looking for a Release Train Engineer to join a leading medical devices company and help coordinate multiple Scrum teams working on embedded and robotic software projects. This is a key role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and driving delivery across complex environments.

Your Responsibilities:

Coordinate and streamline multiple Scrum teams

Run sprints and facilitate key Agile ceremonies

Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence

What We're Looking For:

Experience in project management or coordination, ideally running sprints and managing multiple teams

Previous experience with embedded software or robotic software teams

Strong organizational and communication skills

Knowledge of Agile / Waterfall methodologies (preferred, not essential)

Medical devices experience is a plus, but not required

Important: Candidates from mobile app / iOS-only environments are not suitable for this role due to the different pace and complexity.
