They build the tech behind some of the UK's coolest challenger banks and financial services companies, and they're scaling quickly. With their active users trending to hit a million, they are looking for a hands on Engineering Manager to lead their Cloud team. Four talented engineers building the core infrastructure behind their cloud native platform.

Ideally you will have experience steering startups/scaleups as they adopt platform engineering. They are early in that journey, so you'll have real influence in shaping how they build and scale their platform. You'll drive the roadmap, grow the team, and work closely with squads to improve reliability, security, and create a first class developer experience.

You'll still get to roll your sleeves up when you want, so no worries about losing your technical touch.

You'll thrive here if:

• You're an experienced engineering leader who knows how to build and run reliable cloud platforms
• You're comfortable with TypeScript, Go, Python or similar
• You treat platform like a product
• You're fluent in best practises when it comes to AWS, infrastructure as code and observability
• You're excited to shape direction, own delivery, and help drive a shift towards proper platform engineering.

They have offices in London, the South West, and up North, and you'll have the flexibility to work remotely, coming into the office about once a week.
