Embedded Firmware EngineerFareham | Hybrid | £50K-£70K + BenefitsWe're looking for an experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer to join a highly technical R&D team developing bespoke hardware and firmware solutions for advanced embedded platforms. You'll work across multiple layers of development, from low-level bare-metal programming through to real-time operating environments, with hands-on involvement in hardware bring-up, chip validation, prototyping and product development.

The Role:

Develop embedded firmware in CWork across RTOS and bare-metal environmentsSupport hardware bring-up, validation and prototypingDebug hardware/software issues using lab equipmentDevelop automated tests and verification toolsWork closely with hardware and multidisciplinary engineering teamsWhat We're Looking ForStrong Embedded C experienceStrong understanding of serial communication protocols: SPI, I2C, UARTHands-on experience with oscilloscopes and logic analysersAbility to work from schematics and datasheetsIdeally exposure to FreeRTOS, MISRA C or low-level protocolsIf this sounds like you - please apply below!
