The Opportunity
My client is a globally recognised technology business based in Cambridge. They are looking for an Office Administrator & PA to play a key role in keeping their Cambridge office running smoothly while providing high-quality support to the CEO and wider leadership team.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive and enjoys being the person who makes things happen. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in using technology and AI to make administrative processes more efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
+ Take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of the Cambridge office
+ Manage office supplies, deliveries, couriers and general facilities requirements
+ Liaise with building management, contractors and suppliers
+ Prepare meeting rooms and provide a professional, welcoming reception for visitors, customers and senior stakeholders
+ Support company events, employee activities and internal initiatives
PA & Leadership Support
+ Provide proactive PA and administrative support to the CEO and leadership team
+ Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings across different locations and time zones
+ Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, transport and visas
Digital & Process Improvement
+ Make confident use of Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
+ Use generative AI responsibly for research, drafting, meeting summaries and information management
+ Produce polished documents, presentations, spreadsheets, communications and trackers
Office Administrator & PA
My client is looking for someone who is:

+ Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting when plans change
+ Confident communicating with people at all levels, including senior stakeholders
Experience Required
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in an office administration, office coordination, PA, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role, with experience supporting senior managers and coordinating meetings, travel, events and office activities.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills are essential, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, alongside practical experience using generative AI and a willingness to embrace new technology and automation.
