My client supports engineering and manufacturing organisations in adopting advanced digital technologies, including automation, simulation, and product lifecycle solutions. They partner with a global software leader and operate across multiple sectors.
They are seeking a confident and commercially curious graduate to join their expanding sales team.
The Role
This is an entry-level opportunity offering the chance to build a career in B2B technology sales. The successful candidate will work closely with senior sales colleagues while progressively taking ownership of leads, accounts, and campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting outbound outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email
Introducing the business to prospective clients and initiating commercial conversations
Qualifying sales opportunities and booking meetings
Supporting the preparation of proposals and quotations
Maintaining and optimising the CRM system
Assisting with marketing campaigns, webinars, and content creation
Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries
About the Candidate
A graduate in engineering, technology, business, or a related field
This role requires confidence in phone-based communication and the ability to engage new contacts in a professional manner.
Well-organised, proactive, and commercially minded
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential
Eagerness to learn and develop within a sales environment
