Business Development Manager

My client is a Interior Design firm focusing on the high end Office Fitout sector and is looking for a competent Business Development manager to join their expanding team!

The role:

- Office based, monday to friday.

- Requires outbound calling skills, researched companies will be provided who you would be given details for and you would be working a warmer calling role - with some cold calling involved (around a 70/30 split between warm and cold)

- Updating your CRM / Database

- Arranging follow ups

- Demonstrating high productivity and output.

Requirements:

- Stable career history as BDM

- Perfect communication skills both written and spoken

- Confident caller

- Commission Driven

- Experience as a BDM or in an office based sales role

The offer:

- basic salary from 40 - 45k, and significantly more if you are a BDM from the same industry

- Uncapped commission
