Responsibilities for an Web Shop Administrator
- Create, update, and maintain product listings (accurate descriptions, images, specs)
- Use AI and creative tools for product and marketing content
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with internal teams
- Handle customer calls and support sales enquiries
- Process online orders and coordinate dispatch
- Provide first-line support for web shop queries
- Identify and suggest web shop improvements
- Ensure online content meets company guidelines and deadlines
- Support promotions, seasonal updates, and special offer
- Assist with general admin for the Web Shop and Retail team
Requirements for Web Shop Administrator
- Full UK licence
- Good communication skills
- Other industries considered;
- Plant / HGV / Powered Access / Generator / Heavy plant / Forklifts / Agricultural
