Plexus has partnered with a revenue-generating, all-in-one platform for on-chain trading, trusted daily by tens of thousands of active traders and built for the speed demands of high-frequency Solana trading. They are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who brings deep DeFi engineering experience and thrives in a small, high-calibre team where their work genuinely moves the needle.

Responsibilities:

• Build ultra-low-latency backend services powering real-time trade execution on Solana.
• Design and optimise APIs and database architecture for a high-frequency, large concurrent user base.
• Work with Postgres and OpenSearch to deliver real-time trading data, token analytics, and market feeds.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and traders to ship reliable, fast, and scalable backend solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience with Node.js/Typescript.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres and blockchain data systems.
• Experience within a fast-past crypto or Web3 start-up environment.
• Solana ecosystem experience is a plus.

Benefits:
