--TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER -- Hybrid in Milton Keynes

> WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER?

Product Backlog Management:

• Understand requirements and creates precise user stories for development and testing.
• Creates and maintains a well-structured product backlog.
• Refines and prioritizes backlog items to ensure alignment with the product vision.
• Ensures solutions / designs are fully documented and regularly updated on confluence

Prioritization:

• Prioritizes product features and backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Ensures that the product backlog is well-defined, groomed, and prioritized.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engages with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Manages stakeholder expectations and communicates product progress effectively.

Experience working in a cross-functional team environment:

• Experienced Applicant +7y
• Experience of Financial Services
• Experience of account to account Payments
• Knowledge of product management tools and techniques.
• Experience with user research and customer feedback analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO20022 and payments integrationS

Scrum Team Collaboration:

• Works closely with the development team to ensure that the product backlog is understood and executed effectively.
• Attends and participates in Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).

Value Delivery:

• Ensures that the product delivers value to customers and meets business objectives.
• Measures and tracks product performance to identify areas for improvement.
