We’re working with a fast-growing infrastructure company building tools that power applications on a leading blockchain ecosystem. Backed by top-tier investors and already trusted by major players in the space, they’re entering a strong growth phase following a recent funding round.

They’re now looking for a Business Development Lead to take ownership of revenue growth and partnerships, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Role:

  • Own and scale the commercial strategy across sales and partnerships
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
  • Build relationships with key accounts, funds, and ecosystem partners
  • Act as a product expert, guiding clients through onboarding and usage
  • Work closely with product and engineering to shape go-to-market plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales (5+ years)
  • Strong track record selling into technical or developer-focused audiences
  • Prior exposure to crypto or blockchain environments (1+ years)
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, early-stage environments
