This opportunity is with a well-funded, fast-growing web3 infrastructure company focused on advancing encryption standards across blockchain ecosystems. Backed by leading investors and partnered with major DeFi and modular ecosystem players, the team is building technology that unlocks new categories of onchain applications.

They are looking for a Marketing Lead to take ownership of brand, growth, and developer adoption, working closely with founders in a high-impact, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with product and GTM milestones
• Own campaigns, launches, and the overall marketing calendar
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across core channels
• Manage and grow social presence across Twitter, Discord, and Telegram
• Organise events, hackathons, and initiatives to attract developers and ecosystem partners

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing within crypto, DeFi, or fintech environments
• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems (EVM, Cosmos, Solana)
• Proven ability to grow communities and drive engagement across social platforms
• Experience running campaigns with measurable performance and ROI outcomes
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
