Role Overview: They are seeking a motivated individual with a background in IT or accountancy to support their chat bot and knowledge base development. The role involves researching user feedback, improving software, and populating the AI system with accurate, detailed information. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on user feedback and software performance.
- React to user feedback and enquires.
- Analyse and identify areas for improvement.
- Input and maintain information in the knowledge base and chat bot.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance AI responses.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accountancy, or a related field (not essential)
- Familiarity with Java and other programming languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
