Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Account Manager to join a growing sales team within the telecoms industry. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and delivering revenue growth. You will manage and develop a portfolio of existing and prospective customers, working closely with senior leadership to expand services, increase account value and strengthen long-term partnerships. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective client accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their changing business needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and account plans to win new business.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue across products and services.
  • Meet monthly sales revenue targets and contribute to annual growth objectives.
  • Source, analyse and price products and service solutions for clients.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, reports and performance data.
  • Use CRM systems and account management tools while collaborating in regular sales meetings.
Education & Skills Required
  • Previous experience in account management, sales or business development.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Commercial awareness with confidence negotiating and closing opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to revenue targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
