The Role: What You'll Be Doing
This is a true hybrid role, offering a blend of Data/MI development, System Configuration, and Essential IT/Operations Support. You will be a vital member of our 6-person Operations team, focused on enhancing our systems and data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data & MI Development (The Tech Focus)
- Power BI: Build, analyse, and maintain high-impact Power BI Dashboards to drive business decisions.
- Reporting: Execute critical month-end reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
- System Configuration: Manage and implement essential system updates and handle allocation changes for system workflows.
- Project Management: Contribute to and manage small to medium-sized tech projects from inception to completion.
- Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of our CRM Integrations, SharePoint, and Dropbox.
- Data Processing: Process data requests from our CRM and other internal systems.
2. IT & Operational Support (The Hands-on Focus)
- User Support: Serve as the primary contact for internal staff, managing phone and email communications to offer IT Support .
- External Liaison: Cultivate a strong working relationship with our external IT Support Team, troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Cyber Security: Implement and oversee best practices for cyber security, data protection, and GDPR compliance.
- Administration: Perform basic user administration, including access management and system configuration.
- Resources: Conduct stock checks, ordering, and management of IT equipment and necessary resources.
- Support digital communications: including the company newsletter and website updates.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We are looking for potential and passion over decades of experience. This role is ideal for:
- A Recent Graduate with a degree in an IT-related subject (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems).
OR
- A Candidate with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an IT support, systems administration, or operations role seeking career growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting functions.
- Analytical and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills—you must be comfortable supporting internal teams.
- Knowledge or experience with Power BI (building/maintaining dashboards).
- Any exposure to modern technologies like AI, Co-Pilot, or similar tools.
- Experience with data reporting and/or project support.
The Offer: Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience).
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
