🎯 What You’ll Do
As the Capability PMO Programme Lead, you’ll set the benchmark for delivery excellence and enable teams to perform at their best.
✨ You will:
- Define best practice across planning, RAID, reporting, financials, and benefits tracking
- Empower teams with tools, templates, and frameworks to succeed
- Drive consistency, quality, and transparency across the programme
- Lead governance and assurance with confidence and credibility
- Provide insight-led reporting to support senior decision-making
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Establish and embed PMO standards and ways of working
- Coach and upskill delivery teams to drive capability and ownership
- Provide constructive challenge and independent assurance
- Oversee programme plans, risks, dependencies, and financial controls
- Deliver clear, meaningful reporting and forward-looking insights
