Our client, a forward-thinking organisation in the Utilities sector, is seeking an innovative and results-driven Employee AI Product Lead to spearhead the development of an AI-powered employee front door. About the Role:

As the Employee AI Product Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping how colleagues interact with AI to streamline their tasks and enhance their day-to-day experiences. This role is pivotal in overseeing the product vision, roadmap, and performance of employee-facing AI agents, transforming how employees access support across HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership:

• - Lead the vision, roadmap, and prioritisation for the AI-powered employee front door and associated AI agents.
• - Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Employee Experience Design Authority (EEEDA) standards.

Agent Experience Design:

• - Craft intuitive AI agent experiences that understand colleague intent and facilitate seamless interactions.
• - Establish effective fallback and escalation processes for when AI agents require human intervention.

Knowledge and Workflow Management:

• - Collaborate with technology teams to connect AI agents to approved knowledge sources and workflows while ensuring compliance with data protection and identity controls.
• - Drive improvements in knowledge management practises to enhance AI search and summarisation capabilities.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

• - Define and track product measures, using analytics and feedback to continuously enhance AI performance and user satisfaction.
• - Foster adoption of AI agents within the organisation by collaborating with service lines and change management teams.

Stakeholder Leadership:

• - Communicate complex AI concepts in clear, actionable language to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior executives.
• - Ensure adherence to organisational standards for Responsible AI, security, and compliance, maintaining robust documentation and governance.

### Essential Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in managing a digital, technology, or AI-enabled product through its lifecycle.
• Strong product management capabilities, including backlog prioritisation and outcome tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, conversational AI, and workflow automation is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a knack for influencing and aligning competing priorities across complex organisations.

### Qualifications:

• Equivalent professional experience in product management, digital transformation, or a related discipline is essential. A degree is desirable but not mandatory.
• Relevant certifications in product management or agile delivery are a plus.
