Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Contract: 6 months with posibility for extension

Reports to: Project Manager

Role Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development lifecycle, engaging in everything from requirements analysis to process optimisation. You'll have the chance to make a real impact by ensuring that solutions align with organisational goals and meet business requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure solutions remain aligned with the organisation's goals and business requirements.
  • Identify and document potential solutions, taking into account all available information and constraints.
  • Recommend and manage the implementation of end-to-end solutions.
  • analyse and optimise processes for greater efficiency.
  • Develop and document requirements while analysing existing documentation.
  • Contribute to the test strategy and support the creation of test data and scripts.
  • Liaise with project/task stakeholders regularly to keep everyone on track.
  • Produce project documentation and reports professionally and clearly.
  • Adhere to relevant methodologies and standards to meet the needs of a rapidly changing business.
  • Facilitate workshops as required to assist with project progression.
  • Collaborate with the wider project team to ensure project milestones are achieved and successful delivery is guaranteed.

Experience Required:

  • Experience as Business Analyst in Financial Services.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in process optimisation.
  • Experience with package implementations.
  • Self-motivated with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in working on large programmes of business change.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment.
