Job Title: Business Analyst

6 Month Contract

Warwick (2/3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a consistent, quantitative baseline for condition monitoring across the organisation.
  • Provide a solid evidence base for the development of the Condition Monitoring Strategy.
  • Clarify the business purpose and value of condition data collection activities.
  • Identify asset management decisions enabled by existing condition information.
  • Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and related process improvement techniques to enhance operations.
  • Support maturity assessments and baseline reviews for ongoing projects.
  • Document user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Inform future capability, process, data, and technology improvement priorities.
  • Engaging with stakeholders on project features and benefits management.
  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent understanding of technical documentation and asset information requirements.
  • Knowledge of transmission assets and systems is a plus!

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience working with Business SMEs and end-users to elicit requirements.
  • Ability to lead or support stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops.
  • Strong skills in collating, distilling, and presenting outputs to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working collaboratively within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about delivering successful digital transformations and able to influence stakeholders on the importance of business change.
