Job Title: Content Designer (UX Writer)Location: Bristol Harbourside/Edinburgh/Manchester/Halifax

Who we're looking for We're seeking a Content Designer / UX Writer to help bring our digital experiences to life across web and app platforms. If you have a passion for using language to simplify, guide, and connect, this is your chance to create real impact in a team that shapes products used by millions.
About the Role In this role, you'll combine research, strategy, and storytelling to develop people-focused content that supports customers in achieving their goals. You'll work in a collaborative, agile environment with product owners, designers, and developers-taking ownership of content decisions and aligning tone and messaging with user needs and business intent.
What you'll be doing Create clear, engaging, and accessible content for digital journeysUse insights and research to shape conversations and experiencesAct as the content expert in agile squadsDefine and maintain tone of voice and messaging consistency across touchpointsInfluence design thinking and share content best practicesCollaborate with legal, compliance, and branding stakeholdersContribute to the overall UX strategy through writing and communication
What we're looking for Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or Conversation DesignerAbility to write in multiple tones of voice and adapt to different channelsConfident working in regulated or complex environments (financial services ideal)Comfortable using design tools like Figma and collaborating within product teamsSkilled at balancing user needs, business goals, and legal requirementsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
