In short: We are migrating from one ATS system (HR Link) to another (Avature) to be used for recruitment purposes and we're seeking a classic, Digital Product Manager to Lead the migration. This will be part of a wider programme of work rolling out a new global platform.

Global Recruitment Technology Transformation We're transforming our global recruitment technology platform and are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive our technical workstreams. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our platform is flexible, scalable, and experience-led, working across business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver solutions that meet user and business needs.What you'll do- Lead the product strategy and delivery of core technical workstreams (data model, integrations, reporting).- Translate user and business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and workflows.- Define and evolve our integrations framework and BI/reporting capabilities.- Collaborate with internal teams and 3rd-party partners (including Avature) to deliver robust, scalable solutions.- Work hands-on with stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape strategy, and drive delivery.- Champion agile ways of working, embedding strong Scrum practices and tool use (jira) across the team.What we're looking for- Proven product management experience in complex, enterprise-scale platforms.- Strong knowledge of data models, data structures, and BI reporting.- Experience with HR systems or workflow-based tools is a plus.- Background working with both in-house technology teams and external vendors.- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge business, user, and technical needs.- Comfortable moving from strategy through to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
