About the Role

A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking M365 Copilot Engineer to drive the technical delivery and operational use of Microsoft Copilot solutions across the enterprise.

This is a high-impact role within a dedicated Innovation Team, delivering intelligent AI-powered productivity solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and other Microsoft technologies.

You will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for design, integration, deployment, governance, and ongoing support of Copilot technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of Microsoft Copilot solutions across Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePointDesign secure, scalable, and compliant Copilot deployments tailored to business needsIntegrate Copilot with enterprise systems using Microsoft Graph API, Azure services, and RESTful APIsDevelop and manage custom Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAIImplement governance, data boundaries, permissions, and responsible AI practicesCollaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure readiness for deploymentMonitor adoption, usage, and feedback for continuous optimisationLead user enablement including onboarding, documentation, and trainingTrack Microsoft's Copilot roadmap and apply emerging capabilities

Qualifications and Experience

EssentialBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similarProven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions with a focus on CopilotStrong understanding of Microsoft Copilot ecosystem including SharePoint, Teams, and Security CopilotHands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Active Directory, Logic Apps, and API ManagementExpertise in enterprise architecture and secure solution design

Technical Skills Microsoft Graph APIREST APIs, OAuth, and JSONMicrosoft 365 compliance and identity managementPrompt engineering and grounding techniquesCustom Copilot development via Copilot Studio

Desirable Certifications Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect ExpertMicrosoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator ExpertTOGAF or equivalent
