Are you a Product Manager who thrives on shaping digital products that make a real impact? I'm supporting a leading organisation in the electricity distribution space, and they're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the roadmap for a customer-facing app used by millions.

Reporting into the Head of Product Management, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering the product roadmap by blending research, vision-setting, and cross-functional alignment.

You'll act as a proactive, strategic leader - turning business needs, customer demands, and technical insight into a clear, actionable product direction.

• Building and owning the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
• Leading discovery activities to define user needs and identify new opportunities
• Setting a clear vision for the product, outlining what success looks like
• Prioritising business and technical requirements based on value, effort, and dependencies
• Partnering across engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams
• Ensuring the product meets customer expectations and delivers measurable outcomes
• Communicating progress and insights to stakeholders at all levels

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within digital apps or customer-facing platforms
• Strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear product direction
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A strategic mindset, grounded in structured prioritisation and evidence-based decisions
• Confidence working closely with technical teams and understanding technical constraints

• Experience with Esri systems advantageous
