Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the dynamic world of Finance Transformation? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Product Owner for Projects and Business Assets to join their team. If you have a passion for driving ERP transformation and a knack for stakeholder engagement, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As the Product Owner for Projects and Business Assets, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering a roadmap that enhances our Projects and Business Assets processes within the CFO transformation team. This role is part of a transition away from another company and involves replacing legacy systems like SAP with Workday by April 2026.

  • Agile Execution: Operate in an Agile environment to refine priorities, outline milestones, and manage risks and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to communicate project roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Process Development: Lead system design, data mapping, cleansing, gap analysis, testing, and training to ensure operational readiness.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Translate product roadmaps into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Workday implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and enablement to deliver a top-notch product.
  • Ensure user training, impact assessments, and business processes are in place prior to go-live and support early life post-launch.
  • Maintain a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Strong background in finance transformation projects, ideally involving ERP systems such as Workday or SAP.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of governance, risk, and internal control frameworks, with hands-on experience in system and process design.
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience creating impactful project presentations.
  • Education: Degree-level education in a relevant subject or equivalent professional experience; relevant professional qualification is desirable.
