Location: Bristol, London, or Halifax (Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week)
Contract Length: 12 months (with potential to extend)
Rate: £100,000 + 5% bonus or competitive day rate

About the Role:
As a Project Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in coordinating dependencies between our platform and various stakeholders, including other platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third parties. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, where you will:
- Establish key integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Lab Leadership to develop and sequence integration-related tasks aligned with the Lab backlog.
- Manage dependencies and ensure interlock with external stakeholders for timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide oversight and manage performance of third-party suppliers.
- Lead complex, high-risk implementations across multiple parties, ensuring safe and effective delivery.
- Drive the integration process for shared infrastructure upgrades and coordinate necessary changes.
What We're Looking For:
You are a passionate leader with a knack for agile methodologies and a proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively. Your skills include:
- Agile Methodology: Manages complex change within a business area through experience of agile teams and builds excitement around agile ways of working. Helps to stand up new agile teams, providing coaching and advice, and sharing experience on the most appropriate methods and tools to use for the specific work required.
- Stakeholder Management: Develops and improves relationships to build consensus and improve delivery of change outcomes. Uses experience to manage conflicting priorities by facilitating discussion and resolution, persuading stakeholders to consider alternative views.
- Planning & Reporting: Communicates regular status updates to key contacts and resolves high priority issues affecting delivery. Uses experience to manage critical risks/issues/dependencies arising out of Status Reporting and agile meetings, takes ownership for critical issues and ensures resolution within agreed timescales.
- Cultural Change or Coaching: Applies experience in cultural change initiatives to support various agendas in the Group (e.g., feedback culture). Understands the main barriers to changing culture and the criticality of leadership agreement
