We are seeking a proactive and inquisitive Property Change Manager to support and enhance our client's property management system landscape. This pivotal role will not only drive the successful rollout of the Property Management system but also support our ambitious growth plans. What You'll Do:

• Implement process and system improvements for operational teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage reporting requirements and develop ad hoc reports tailored to the needs of the business.
• Configure and optimize modules across our property management system stack, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with software suppliers on complex configurations and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Support testing, releases, troubleshooting, and address end-user queries to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain data integrity, workflows, user roles, and comprehensive configuration documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience using any property management system (e.g., MRI, Yardi, RealPage).
• Strong understanding of property, lease, finance, or compliance processes.
• A curious, analytical mindset with a proven ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
• Comfortable collaborating with suppliers, technical teams, and business users to drive results.
• Experience using ticketing tools such as Jira is beneficial but not essential.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with MRI Qube, SLM, Engage/TAP, or similar system modules.
• Exposure to system integrations, workflow design, or API-based processes.
