About the Role:

• As part of the Business Performance Team, you will partner with platform teams and senior leaders to deliver high-quality insights and shape how our client manages their technology cost base. You will play a pivotal role in producing the Technology Cost of Ownership (TCO) tool, ensuring transparency and better strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the production and maintenance of the TCO, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Develop efficient self-service data solutions using Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and more.
• Translate business needs into dashboards and analytical outputs that answer real questions.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior leaders, using strong data storytelling skills.
• Identify trends and data issues, supporting root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
• Present findings in an engaging manner that drives decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively across teams and data providers to build productive relationships.
• Embrace new tools and analytics methods to enhance efficiency and insight quality.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills:

• Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard building.
• Strong capabilities in data manipulation, cleansing, and BI solution development.
• Experience with complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Proven ability to extract insights and present findings clearly.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to create compelling visualizations tailored for leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of TCO and Contract Management Applications (CMA).
• Experience in financial or cost analysis, including budgeting.
• Curiosity about technology trends like Cloud, automation, and AI.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
