SAP Fiori Consultant

SAP Fiori Consultant Utilities Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in Warwick 6 months+ £650 - £750 per day

In short: We need a Fiori front end specialist to manipulate front end tiles on SAP S4. Ideally you've upgraded before with solid Java scripting skills across SAP UI, though, this is more of a front end configuration role.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Fiori Consultant/Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the designing, implementing, performance tuning, and supporting SAP Fiori applications to enhance the end-user experience within SAP systems. This includes experience of customising existing Fiori apps, creating new ones, and ensuring seamless integration with backend S/4 systems. Key skills include proficiency in SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and knowledge of OData and ABAP. Experience with SAP Fiori Upgrade Impact Analysis, FES vs Standalone architecture in utilities, finance, procurement, or HR is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and customising SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, often following SAP's design principles
• Ensuring seamless integration of Fiori applications with SAP backend systems, including ABAP and other modules.
• Adapting standard Fiori applications to meet specific business requirements and user needs.
• Providing support and troubleshooting issues related to Fiori applications.
• Collaborate with cross-technical teams i.e. infrastructure management, GRC, Roles and Access and Application Support.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest SAP Fiori advancements and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an SAP Fiori Consultant/Architect in similar role.
• Strong understanding of SAP Modules and integration with Fiori
• Proficiency in SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
• Experience in SAP Fiori Configuration and Customisation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP Fiori Upgrade Considerations as part of SAP Upgrade/Migration Planning
• Experience with SAP Activate or various project management methodologies
• Familiarity with writing Standard System Build Documents and Standard Technical Operating Procedures
• Familiarity with SAP's design guidelines for Fiori applications.
• Experience with SAP's Web IDE for Fiori development.
• Knowledge of SAP Joule AI and machine learning concepts and automation is a plus for AIOPs.
