Job Tittle: Senior C# Developer (ASP.NET, REST API)
Contract Length: 6 Months (potential for extension)
Location: London (3 days a week onsite)

Key Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in ASP.NET Core (C#) and experienced in developing web applications.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud adoption, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, and Azure Service Bus.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Insight into financial markets and experience in market risk and post-trade settlement processing.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Design & Develop: Create scalable and performant applications using ASP.NET Core (C#), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Support & Enhance: Provide ongoing support for live systems while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets business requirements.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-enabled applications using Azure technologies.
• Innovate: Contribute to moving our internal middle office system to a cutting-edge SOLID framework.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate level knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering software development projects.
• Proven ability to support live systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
