Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated PMO Analyst to support their Central Programme Office.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that promises to be both challenging and rewarding!

What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Business Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive programme management services. Your focus will be on:

  • Supporting the Programme Management Office and leadership team to achieve strategic goals.
  • Planning, tracking, and reporting progress to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Driving delivery activities across various teams and business areas.
  • Providing timely, data-led insights, including financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, building trust and collaboration.
  • utilise agile methodologies and tools (eg, Jira Align & Confluence) for effective project delivery.
  • Actively participate in key meetings and contribute to governance processes.
  • analyse financial data and provide insights to enhance decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Planning, Tracking, and Reporting: You should confidently raise concerns when delivery veers off track.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
  • Financial & Budget Management: Evaluate and refine budgets and financial plans independently.
  • Leadership Qualities: Experience in cultural change initiatives and supporting diverse teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Curiosity to explore processes and spot opportunities for improvement.
