Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated PMO Analyst to support their Central Programme Office.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that promises to be both challenging and rewarding!
What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Business Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive programme management services. Your focus will be on:
- Supporting the Programme Management Office and leadership team to achieve strategic goals.
- Planning, tracking, and reporting progress to executive-level stakeholders.
- Driving delivery activities across various teams and business areas.
- Providing timely, data-led insights, including financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, building trust and collaboration.
- utilise agile methodologies and tools (eg, Jira Align & Confluence) for effective project delivery.
- Actively participate in key meetings and contribute to governance processes.
- analyse financial data and provide insights to enhance decision-making.

- Experience in Planning, Tracking, and Reporting: You should confidently raise concerns when delivery veers off track.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
- Financial & Budget Management: Evaluate and refine budgets and financial plans independently.
- Leadership Qualities: Experience in cultural change initiatives and supporting diverse teams.
