**Senior QA Analyst** (Contract)

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension)

Location: London/Hybrid (3 days per week on site)

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Analyst with deep hands-on experience testing Third-Party Management (TPM) platforms and related risk, compliance, procurement, or vendor-governance systems.

This role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, vendor-management teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality, stable, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform hands-on testing including functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, workflow, and basic API testing.
  • Validate data flows, business rules, and system behaviour across complex workflows.
  • Maintain and update test artefacts including test plans, test cases, and regression packs in Xray or relevant test management tools
  • Participate in requirement walkthroughs and provide early feedback to improve test coverage and overall quality
  • Log, manage, and retest defects using standard QA tools
  • Participate in requirements reviews and refine acceptance criteria with product teams.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and ensure full traceability between user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
  • Validate and cross-check questionnaires related to critical business scenarios, ensuring coverage, accuracy, completeness, and alignment with risk or compliance expectations.
  • Ensure consistent test coverage across system enhancements, regulatory requirements, and complex business processes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong command of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and end-to-end testing processes.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Xray for managing defects, test cases, and test cycles.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and leading structured daily calls.
  • Create Regression Test Pack and track the execution using the Jira add-in X-ray.
  • Ability to translate requirements into testable scenarios and identify risk-based priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of SQL/data validation and reconciliation testing
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical thinking.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
