Location: Bromley - 3 Days Onsite
Contract Length: 6 Months (Possibility for Extension)
Daily Rate: Circa £700/Day
Working Pattern: Full Time
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for quality assurance and delivery in the exciting world of IT Service Management? Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Catalogue QA & Delivery Lead to bring a 'testing mindset' to their team and drive successful outcomes in their Service Enablement journey.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will be the subject matter expert on testing practises, responsible for establishing effective testing strategies and processes to ensure the successful delivery of the Request catalogue build-out. You'll play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow catalogue enhancements.
Primary Skills Required:
Primary Skill
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow Service Catalog functionality.
- ServiceNow experience (especially Service Catalogue / ITSM / Service Request workflows)
- End-to-end testing / QA experience -Validating workflows, automation, approvals, integrations
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow Catalog enhancements and related initiative
- Quality assurance mindset -Ensuring solutions meet business and operational requirements
- Experience testing service management processes. Not just applications, but process and tool together
- Agile delivery experience. Jira (or similar), working in sprints, backlog tracking
- Highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the testing and quality assurance of ServiceNow Catalogue items
- Track end to end testing, maintaining documentation of test cases, results and issue resolutions
- Project management activities, ensuring timely delivery in Agile manner, tracking tasks and epics in JIRA as well as coordinating outcomes across teams
- ALM Octane, Python, Java is essential
Nice to have :
- Experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.
- Proven track record in ServiceNow testing and administration.
- Ability to translate complex work into executive-ready presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy Development: Create and optimise testing and automation strategies, including defect management and reporting.
- Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of project aspects while tracking work in JIRA.
- End-to-End Testing: Validate workflows, automation, approvals, and integrations for a seamless experience.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular updates and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Documentation Management: Track and maintain documentation of test cases, results, and issue resolutions.
