Engagement Details:

  • Duration: Approximately 16 weeks
  • Engagement Type: Daily rate plus a delivery bonus linked to successful completion of project deliverables (15-25 days around weeks 11 to 13)
  • Location: Hybrid / London
  • IR35 Status: Outside

Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of developing a comprehensive transformation roadmap for our client's retail media initiatives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across finance, operations, technology, and business to ensure that transformation objectives are not only met but exceeded. Your mission? Deliver measurable business outcomes and long-term value creation!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft an overall transformation roadmap spanning 6, 12, and 24 months.
  • Define strategic priorities and implementation sequencing.
  • Build a robust business case and value realization framework.
  • Identify and quantify operational and commercial benefits.
  • Support investment justification and transformation prioritization activities.
  • Develop KPI frameworks and success measurement strategies.
  • Conduct strategic analysis across process, technology, data, and operating model workstreams.
  • Facilitate executive stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with programme leadership to ensure strategic alignment throughout the transformation process.
  • Contribute to implementation planning and governance activities.

Required Experience:

  • Significant experience in transformation strategy, business case development, or enterprise consulting.
  • Strong commercial and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Proven track record in developing transformation roadmaps and value realization frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in enterprise operating model or technology transformation programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex transformation activities into commercially viable outcomes.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with retail, retail media, martech, adtech, or customer data environments.
  • Consulting or advisory experience in transformation initiatives.
  • Background in supporting enterprise-scale transformation programs.
  • Exposure to operational efficiency and transformation investment initiatives.
