Purpose of the Role: As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions that align with our strategic goals. Key Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in business analysis and requirements gathering
• Experienced in Financial Service is essential
• Experience with process optimisation and functional/technical specifications
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and root cause analysis
• Proven track record in stakeholder collaboration and user acceptance testing
• Excellent documentation and data communication skills
• Background in Software - C# and SQL - Not hands on Coding but familiarity if beneficial.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• analyse and document business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead investigations and detailed analysis of incidents, applying strategic root cause analysis.
• Communicate effectively with developers regarding data handling in processes.

Other Tasks: This role may involve working on some C# development tasks within a C# developer group to enhance both your technical and business knowledge.
