UX Designer

**UX Designer** (Contract)

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension)

Location: London/Hybrid (2 days per week on site)

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate or Salary is available for suitable candidates

Role Overview

As a UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our mobile applications and digital platforms. You will leverage your expertise in wireframing, user research, and financial planning to develop solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. Your ability to engage stakeholders and work collaboratively with content and visual designers will be key to driving successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user-friendly mobile app interfaces that enhance customer engagement.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Work closely with content and visual designers to ensure a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing user experience.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practises to continuously improve our design processes.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in UX design, particularly for mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of financial planning concepts and how they translate into user experiences.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and present design concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and visual designers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centred approach to design.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
