The role:

• Support the Director of Instructional Design to develop and lead a team of learning enthusiasts

• Create top-notch eLearning experiences and enjoy individual contributing

• Be the maestro behind informative assessments

• Utilize the Articulate Suite

• Spearhead the creation of impactful eLearning solutions, and best practices for rapid development

• Innovate instructional strategies and technologies to optimize learning outcomes and achieve objectives.

• Conduct comprehensive formative and summative learning evaluations

• Partner with company executives to understand customer needs, develop tasks and requirements, and ensure quality through various control activities

• Ensure eLearning courses remain current by consistently refreshing and updating content

Experience required:

• 5+ years crafting eLearning magic with tools like the Articulate Suite

• Start up mindset, loves to still be an individual contributor

• Proven management experience, plus a flair for developing engaging training materials

• Commitment to user satisfaction and a deep belief in the Age of Lifelong Learning

• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-based startup environment.
