Location: Field-based covering the North East & Cumbria – 2 days in the field, 3 from home
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 basic + £15,000 uncapped OTE (guaranteed for first four months!) + Company Car

The Role – Key Account ManagerAs a Key Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of established business clients while proactively identifying new opportunities within your region. You’ll blend relationship management with commercial sales to deliver sustainable revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a defined regional portfolio across the North East & Cumbria.
- Building relationships through regular face-to-face meetings and account reviews.
- Identifying new opportunities to expand market presence and maximise revenue.
- Using data and insight to shape account plans and demonstrate ROI.
- Delivering presentations, growth strategies, and performance reviews to clients.
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets through consultative selling.

The Package- Basic salary £45,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
