We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager – Managed Print to join our growing commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong background in Managed Print Services (MPS) to take ownership of revenue growth, build lasting client relationships, and deliver cutting-edge document solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing- Generate new business opportunities across our full customer base, identifying and converting high-value prospects
- Own the full sales cycle – from discovery and solution design through to closing and commercial delivery
- Consult with clients to understand their print and document management needs, creating tailored, compelling proposals
- Collaborate closely with Technology Management and Account Management teams to maximise opportunities
- Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and quotations with confidence and clarity
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple organisations
- Represent the business in meetings and presentations, positioning our Managed Print and document solutions effectively
- Proven success in field sales within Managed Print Services (MPS)
- Experience working with leading brands such as Canon, HP, Lexmark, and Epson
- Strong knowledge of:
- Hybrid Mail & EDM
- Document workflow solutions
- Uniflow, Papercut, and Pull Print technologies
- A demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of the MPS landscape
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple opportunities
- Strong attention to detail and proposal accuracy
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and performance metrics
- Solid working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless drive to succeed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development
- A self-starter who can own their pipeline and deliver results
