Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Shopify E-Commerce Manager to own the day-to-day performance, optimisation, and front-end experience of our online store. This role blends technical Shopify expertise, front-end development, and digital design with strong ownership over email marketing and automation.
You will be responsible for managing updates to the website, improving conversion rates, implementing new features, creating on-brand graphics, and overseeing email campaigns and automated flows.

Key Responsibilities Shopify Store Management- Manage, update, and optimise our Shopify storefront.
- Edit & customise front-end code (HTML, CSS, Liquid) to implement design updates, layouts, and feature improvements.
- Maintain product pages, collections, navigation, and site structure.
- Create and manage metafields, automations, and theme settings to support scalable content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve store issues relating to apps, theme conflicts, analytics, or site performance.
- Implement CRO tests, merchandising updates, and best practices for UI/UX.
- Build or edit landing pages, promotional pages, and custom components.
- Ensure pixel-perfect alignment with brand guidelines and responsive performance across devices.
- Manage app integrations and support basic automation workflows.
- Design website banners, collection headers, onsite graphics, and promotional assets.
- Produce email graphics, image edits, and product variant colour adjustments.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Build, design, and schedule emails using Attentive (experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms is acceptable).
- Create and manage automated flows/journeys: abandoned checkout, post-purchase, retention, winback, etc.
- Monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue attribution) and continuously optimise.
- Ensure mobile-responsive email templates with strong visual design.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (theme editing, Liquid, customisations, metafields, app integrations).
- Solid front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices, CRO, and mobile-first design.
- Experience managing automations or workflow rules within Shopify or third-party tools.
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva or similar).
- Ability to design ecommerce assets, email graphics, promotional banners, and product imagery.
- Experience with Attentive, Klaviyo, or a similar email/SMS platform.
- Understanding of automated flows, segmenting, AB testing, and retention marketing.
- Ability to build visually polished, on-brand email layouts.
- Experience with Shopify apps such as PageFly, Recharge, Yotpo, Gorgias, etc.
- Understanding of basic analytics (GA4, Shopify analytics).
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals.
- Basic video editing or animation skills.
- Someone proactive who enjoys problem-solving and constant optimisation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong eye for design and detail.
- A self-starter who can take a layout, idea, or campaign and execute it end-to-end.
