Role Description
This is a full-time, London-based graduate role supporting EU partnerships at Potentially. The Partnerships Associate is the engine room of our partnerships function, supporting every stage of the pipeline across a reseller network and our public sector programme.
Responsibilities include researching and qualifying partners, running outbound, supporting pitches and proposals, building decks, briefing case studies, and owning the sales tracker - all augmented with AI workflows.
The role reports to the Business Development Director. Compensation salary: £40,000 basic, uncapped commission and other company benefits.
This role is about potential, not experience. We hire for talent, commercial instinct, and the ability to grasp a product fast and communicate it.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate, or one to three years of experience in a commercial role
- Comfortable using AI tools to multiply your work, but not replace your thinking
- Evidence of commercial drive/success: a side hustle, a sales role, a student business, anything that shows the instinct
- Sharp written and verbal communication and a clear way of explaining complex ideas simply
- High agency, hungry, and willing to do whatever it takes
- No specific industry background required. We will teach the rest
- Strong academic record is a proxy for results/talent, but we index more on attributes that show you can succeed at sales and relationship building
