Ecommerce Manager (Maternity Cover)
Job Overview:
This is a fabulous opportunity to join our passionate team, driving the website forward through optimisation, development and analytics. You will work closely with the channel owners to drive online sales growth, optimizing the user experience using solid CRO principles, and ensuring smooth website performance across our two ecommerce platforms. You will be both strategic and customer focus across both day to day website management and long term development plans. You will be fully involved in the website management process and will be working very closely with both our internal teams as well as external partners. The ideal candidate will have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, and thoroughly enjoy asking questions.
Based at our Brighton HQ, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work collaboratively with teams across Marketing, Merchandising and Operations to support the broader commercial strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to make a meaningful impact within a successful expanding brand. If this sounds like the opportunity for you — we would love to hear from you!
Who we are:
A lot has changed since we sold our very first bra back in 2005, but our passion and playful spirit are still stitched into everything we do. From humble beginnings in a tiny office above a shop in Macclesfield to selling a bra every 30 seconds, it’s been an incredible 20-year journey—and we’ve loved every moment of it. Fast forward to today, our range has grown right along with us, now featuring beachwear, sportswear, nightwear, and hosiery. We’re so much more than just a lingerie brand. And with exciting new adventures on the horizon, we can’t wait to see what’s next ... want to join us for the ride?
