We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our Administration team at HMP YOI Werrington, a Young Offenders Prison located in Staffordshire.
HMP Werrington is a Young Offenders Institution (YOI) for boys and young men between the ages of 15 - 18. We re recruiting for a part time administrator to support with the soon running of the healthcare team.Hours
Monday - Friday
0900 - 1445Salary
This position is part time youll receive an annual salary up to;
Part time (pro rata salary) - Up to £28.574 per annum Full time (Full time equivalent salary) - Up to £20,001 per annumHow will we support you?

Main duties of the job
As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
- Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks.
- Working on SystmOne
- Booking appointments.
- Dealing with referrals.
- Registering patients with Gp's on release.
- Organising gate passes for visitors
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Other general admin duties

Qualifications required
- English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
- Ability to work within a busy environment
