Are you passionate about driving meaningful change across large-scale transformation programmes? We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the change management strategy and delivery for a major ERP implementation .

This role will be pivotal in ensuring that people, processes, and technology align seamlessly — supporting teams through transition and enabling lasting adoption across the business.

Role Overview

The Change Manager will design and execute a comprehensive change management approach for the ERP programme. Working closely with programme leadership, business units, and communications teams, you’ll engage stakeholders, build readiness, and embed new ways of working across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and deliver a tailored change management strategy for the ERP programme.
  • Identify change impacts across business functions and define effective mitigation plans.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and create engagement strategies to build awareness and advocacy.
  • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and ownership.

Communications & Training

  • Design and deliver clear, targeted communications to support the rollout.
  • Collaborate with training teams to develop role-based learning paths and materials.

Business Readiness

  • Assess organisational readiness and track progress against change milestones.
  • Support business units through go-live, ensuring process and behavioural adoption.

Change Impact & Adoption Monitoring

  • Monitor adoption and feedback to identify areas requiring additional support.
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve change management practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering change across large-scale ERP programmes (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
  • Strong knowledge of structured change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and managing resistance.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
