Location: Hybrid (Minimum 4 days a week in the Berkshire office)

Salary: £150,000 - £180,000 base + Car + Bonus + Equity/LTIP

Together, they are on a mission to build the UK's most comprehensive and innovative consumer legal services platform, combining digital agility with a nationwide network and millions of existing customer relationships.

The Opportunity This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. Currently operating as an agile, fast-paced "skunk works" within the wider group, this business unit is experiencing exponential growth and needs a transformative leader. Your mandate is to scale the division aggressively, targeting double or even triple-digit annual turnover growth from its current multi-million-pound run rate.

This is a rare chance to take an already successful scale-up, professionalise its operations, and establish it as the undisputed market leader in a sector ripe for digital disruption.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic P&L Ownership: Take full commercial accountability, setting the agenda to drive rapid, sustained revenue and profit growth.
  • Aggressive Scaling: Lead a massive operational scale-up, building robust systems and processes to support a team that is expected to triple in size by the end of the year.
  • Omnichannel Commercial Leadership: Drive B2C high-volume sales conversions while simultaneously building multi-year B2B partnerships with major charities and commercial organisations.
  • Digital Transformation: Champion a digital-first approach, leveraging automation, AI, and advanced product development to optimise customer journeys.

Who You Are

  • A Commercial Operator: We are looking for a T-shaped general manager and growth-focused leader; technical legal expertise is entirely secondary to your commercial acumen and scaling abilities.
  • A Proven Scaler: You possess a demonstrable track record of scaling businesses in high-growth, fast-paced environments, and you are comfortable diving into the details across sales, tech, and operations.
  • Fiercely Ambitious: You are single-minded, highly driven, and potentially aspiring to step into a CEO role in the future.
  • Direct & Accountable: You thrive in high-expectation environments, prefer direct communication, avoid office politics, and bring a relentless "do whatever it takes" mindset.
  • Customer-Centric: While highly commercially driven, you lead with empathy and recognise the critical importance of maintaining a 5-star customer experience in sensitive consumer markets.

The Package

  • £150,000 - £180,000 base salary.
  • Serious equity and LTIP participation, offering exposure to massive financial upside in a PE-backed environment.
