The Mission: Design & Impact

You’ll join the People and Transformation Directorate on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract to architect the Target Operating Model (TOM) for a major Workday platform rollout.

• Your core focus is the TOM design , ensuring we realise vital business case savings by streamlining administrative roles and embedding a robust in-house support model.
• You will collaborate directly with the Executive Board and Senior Leaders to lead the deployment of the new TOM, ensuring a customer-focused, tiered service delivery approach.
• This is a time-critical role with Phase 1 Go-Live set for April 2025 - your impact will be immediate and lasting!

Who We Need: The Essential Expertise

We need a strategic leader with political and business acumen, ready to navigate complex organisational dynamics.

• Essential: Demonstrable experience in developing and embedding Target Operating Models (TOMs) within complex organisations.
• Crucial: Workday experience is a must-have , specifically embedding Workday TOMs that drive simplified ways of working and excellent 'self-service' user experiences.
• Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to track savings baselines and FTEs with precision.

Logistics & Compensation

• Contract: 12-Month FTC (potential for extension).
• Salary: Highly competitive, circa £80k
• Location: Hybrid working (2 days in-office) - either Hampshire or West London office locations.
